Push/Pull publishes strength-training guides, product explainers, and workout-app comparisons to help lifters make a specific decision. This page explains who creates that work, where automation helps, and what must be verified before an article is published or materially updated.

Articles are published by Push Pull Team or Ben from Push Pull. We do not invent credentials, testing, customer results, or personal experience. When a named expert review is relevant, the reviewer and their role should be stated on the article.
AI tools may assist with research organization, outlines, editing, or early drafts. AI output is not treated as a source. Product claims must be checked against the app, first-party documentation, or a clearly linked primary source before publication.
Push/Pull publishes its own comparisons and may benefit when a reader tries the app. Comparisons should answer the reader’s decision first, disclose that relationship, use dated first-party sources for changing facts, and never imply hands-on testing unless that testing occurred.
Training articles provide general educational guidance, not medical care. We avoid diagnosis and individualized injury advice, explain uncertainty, and prioritize practical decision rules over unsupported certainty.
