Common fixes

  • Force-quit and reopen the app.
  • Confirm you're on the latest app version.
  • Check that you're logged into the correct account.
  • If syncing looks stuck, try toggling airplane mode on/off and retry.

Subscriptions FAQ

  • How do I restore purchases? Open the app, go to Settings → Manage subscription, then tap Restore. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
  • How do I cancel my trial? On iOS, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, then choose Push / Pull to manage or cancel.
  • I had the app before—do I still have access? Legacy users keep access based on their current plan. If you're blocked, log in with your original account or contact support.
