Push / Pull: the new fitness app launching in early 2026
Push / Pull is a community-first fitness app built for fast logging, shared goals, and real consistency. Here is what we are building and who we are testing with.

Push / Pull is a new fitness app launching in early 2026. We built it for lifters who want structure, community, and results without the clutter. It is fast to use, easy to stick with, and centered on goals that actually matter.
We are currently testing with select gym enthusiasts, beginners who want a clear plan, and professional coaches who care about consistent execution. Their feedback is shaping the final experience.
Push/Pull is now live on the App Store. Read the launch post: Push/Pull Is Live.
What makes Push / Pull different
Most fitness apps try to do everything. We focus on what keeps people consistent: fast logging, clear progress, and a supportive community that is about your goals, not endless feeds.
- Squads for small-group accountability
- Templates and quick logging for minimal friction
- Progress history that is easy to scan
- Optional AI planning to save time

Community and goals at the center
Push / Pull is built around the way people actually train. Squads are small and intentional. Goals are shared with the people who matter. You get encouragement without the pressure of a public feed.

Features built for consistency
We focus on clarity over noise. The core features include:
- Fast workout logging with sets, reps, and weight
- Reusable templates for your main splits
- Progress history with clean weekly views
- Recovery insights for smarter planning
- Optional AI workout generation when you need structure

Who we tested with
Before launch, we ran a private beta with three groups so the app worked for real people at different stages:
- Gym enthusiasts who train multiple times per week
- Beginners who want a clear, simple plan
- Professional coaches who review client progress
Their feedback helps us prioritize speed, clarity, and the right community cues.
